and me and are your new mods. will be hanging around, but mainly just to help us with all the back tagging so if you have any issues with the comm, me or Yume would be your best bets :) We're both excited and full of ideas for this comm.

Ok, now on to the meat of the post: now has a tagging system in place. We ask that you please tag your posts using the existing tags :)

A brief overview:

! Tags

These are for mod use only, bbs. Don't worry over much about them. ;)

Actor: Tags

Tag format: actor: first name last name eg actor: misha collins

These are to be used for icons where the focus is the actor, not the character they play in Supernatural.

For example, I would use this tag if my post contained images of Misha Collins at a con/photoshoot but not if it only contained Castiel images. However, if I was using pictures of Misha in another of his roles, say Jacob in the upcoming Stonehenge Apocalypse, I'd use this tag.

Please note that actor here is used in the gender neutral sense so females will also be found under actor. Eg actor: alona tal.

Character: Tags

Tag format: character: name eg character: john winchester

These are used to denote which characters appear in your post. Please use only for images of the character in context, not for the actor.

There are a few characters where they are played by multiple actors, so you may notice for example that we have character: john winchester, character: john winchester (adult) and character: john winchester (young) tags. In these cases, please use all that are applicable.

If the character you want is not listed, please use the appropriate character: other tag. Current subcategories include character: other (angel), character: other (demon), character: other (human female),[url=http://www.vibrameu.com/]Fiver Finger Shoes[/url], character: other (human male), character: other (motw) and character: other (pagan god).

For the purposes of simplicity, the impala is filed under the character tags.

Ep: Tags

Tag Format: ep: [seasonxep#]title eg ep: 5x18 point of no return

Please tag for any eps you use caps from. :) Mods will help out if needed.

Other: Tags

Tag Format: other: description

This is mainly for icons other than episode specific ones. Use the other tags for convention photos, photo shoots, promo pics, shots of the actors in other roles (the other show/movie tag),[url=http://www.vibrameu.com/]Fiver Finger Shoes[/url], back stage shots etc.

Pairing: Tags

Tag Format: pairing: person a/person b eg pairing: castiel/dean/sam

There are tags here for both real person and character pairings (and a few trios). If the applicable pairing is not listed, please use the appropriate pairing: other (het/slash/femmeslash) tag.

Persons in the pairing are in alphabetical order to avoid ending up with multiple tags for the same pairing.

Season: Tags

Please tag for all seasons you use caps from.

Style: Tags

Animated or text only icons? Use these tags so people can find them :D

Mods will create new tags as neccessary.
